I receive quotes from 4 other contractors listed on Angie's list. Their prices ranged from $400 for a simple knock down texture, to $850 for skip trowel texture. Lynn came out the same day to look at what we wanted and provide us with a quote. When Lynn quoted $225 to skip trowel, we shook hands and scheduled the work for 2 days later. Two days later, she arrived in the morning at 10am as scheduled and the work was complete the same afternoon. We are extremely happy to have had Lynn do the work and the quality is top notch.

Lynn does a great job. She is punctual, concerned and finished the job when she said she would.

Lynn does a very good job and her prices are fair. We received numerous bids from other drywall contractors who tried to convince us that we had to replace the entire master bathroom ceiling, or charged 4 times the amount Lynn charged. Through that process I learned that many contractors dislike small jobs like ours because it's tough to make a profit and they prefer to be available for large projects. Lynn was willing to do a small job - she is a one-woman show - and she does a nice job.

The representatives of this company were very nice and easy to work with. However, the owner did promise to send an invoice and one was never sent. In fact, we never received any official estimate, bill, or invoice for the work. All in all, though, we were pleased with the work that was done.

I THOUGHT THE COMPANY WAS ALRIGHT. THEY DID STAY WITH THE ESTIMATED PRICE. THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP THE WORK AREA AND SHOWED UP FOR THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER.
