I was totally happy with them. They did incredible work. I would definitely recommend them.

They did a very poor job with the installation, and the floor is actually separating where the planks meet. In fact, the gaps are so wide that I can fit a quarter in between some of them. What's more is that company simply told us this is normal for bamboo flooring instead of trying to rectify the problem. Now we're stuck with a sub-par floor.

It was nice. I have a couple of issues with them. I can't find these contractors anymore. I have something repaired that they did. I would never use them again. The price was good. They didn't fix the problem that they created when they did our floors.

We went to the store and looked at various hardwood floor options. Asked a lot of questions and picked Bellawood Oak in 5 inch width. The sales people were very nice to work with to get educated on flooring and options. Absolutely beautiful floor. Called their installer, he was at our home the next day, listened to his recommendations, quoted us a price. The day after the flooring arrived they installed it. Done! No hassel, no worry, and a great floor.
