Linda Vail is great!  She saved us a significant sum of money because she is very knowledgeable about  the best way to do your taxes.  She ran different scenarios to help us save the most money and then advised us on deductions we could make to reduce our tax liability.  She helped us to increase the cost basis on the sale of our home, which also saved us quite a lot. 

The other really nice thing about Linda is the peace of mind and reduction in stress level with handing over your financial documents and having her take care of it.  I loved that.  She is very organized, knowledgeable, efficient and responsive.  I highly recommend her.

My husband has his own business and I have struggled year after year with filing our taxes and have had to get extensions because it took me soo long.  I can't even estimate how many hours or weeks I have spent each year filing our taxes. For the 2014 tax year I decided to get some help and found Linda's name through Angie's List. We met up a couple weeks after my initial contact and she literally collected all of our information within that 1st 45 minute visit. After that visit we had a few emails back and forth to clarify some details about my husbands business and then she completed our taxes return for our review. After my review and a couple minor changes she filed our taxes. We then recieved our tax return within 2 weeks! She is amazing! This was the best money ever spent because it saved soo much of my time and was stress-free. I will continue to use Linda each year.

I contacted Linda after receiving a revision of a prior tax return from the IRS. I was confused about the changes and did not know how to proceed. Linda responded to my request for review promptly and made an appointment for me to come in ASAP. She was very welcoming; she sat down with me and explained everything. She simplified the process making it much less intimidating. She remained professional but very friendly through the entire process. I was prepared to pay a premium fee for her service (every other accountant I contacted began the conversation with their fees for service) but she did not charge me. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend Linda for any accounting needs.

Linda was cooperative with scheduling my appointments and fair with the charge.  When I had questions, she took time to explain and I accepted her explanations.

Several iterations and then finally got it settled. Linda is very patient and and does some research before answering questions and deciding on a direction.

We spent seven years out of the country while still paying taxes here in the USA.  Without Linda's help, we would have never been able to confidently find our feet back in the States with all of our ducks in a row.  She is a personable professional, with a LOT of experience preparing taxes.  I'm so glad we called her.  We'll use her from now on.

Excellent!  Linda allows you to drop off all your tax information if you or she is busy, rather than making an appointmen.  I used this procedure for the last two years and on each occasion Linda has finished my return  withing two working days.  She calls and lets you know when you can come in and sign the returns.  Then she submits them electronically to the Feds and State, then sends you a letter to verify your returns were accepted.  Linda has always been knowledgeable, professional and expedious in her work for me.  I would and have recommended her to several of my other friends.
