It went bad. The initial work was horrible (see pictures.) Then trying to get it resolved went even worse. It took multiple phone calls and emails from our part to get anybody to come look at the subpar work. The installation manager agreed that it was very poor work and agreed to send another one of his techs to fix it. The work wasn't very good either (see pictures.) I immediately told out salesperson about the inferior repair. He said he would talk to the installation manager.
After about a month, I can't wait any longer for them to fix it and I have my contractor fix their mistakes. I informed Liberty Bell about this. Again, I didn't hear back from them. Two weeks later I get a full bill from them. I tell them I will not pay the full amount due to the poor quality of their work and the fact that I had to pay somebody else to fix their mistakes.
The best part about this was that they were totally surprised to hear that I wasn't happy with their work. Once I forwarded them the emails I had sent them, they apologized for their internal lack of communication. They still were hoping to get full payment. When I forwarded them all the pictures (a lot more than the two I posted here) I had, they offered a small discount. I refused once again and we ended up agreeing on less than 50% of the initial amount.
I was apalled by the lack of customer service on their part.

They did a real good job! I was really happy with them. It was a very routine situation. They did show up on time and did the job right.

I bought a theater system from this company in December of 2000. By February of 2002, every single component had failed. I moved to a new house and this company had pre-wired it for alarm. I hired them to complete the job. They could not ''find'' their own wiring, drilled holes all over my house including on the outside wall. They left the mess and did not fill the holes. I could not get anyone to return my calls. They have a good billing system though. They billed me within three days. I lost my paperwork for continuous monitoring. I fired them. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with...bar none.

THE SERVICE I AM PROVIDED WORKS VERY GOOD. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT. THEIR MAN WHO INSTALLED THE SYSTEM SHOWED US HOW TO USE IT AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. THE PRICE IS GREAT FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE FOR ME.

THEY HAVE TREATED US VERY WELL. THEY WALKED US THROUGH USING IT UNTIL THEY WERE SURE THAT WE UNDERSTOOD IT. WE HAD A FALSE ALARM, AND THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND.

CALLED COMPANY ON A MONDAY TO INSTALL AND SETUP SERVICE. TECHNICIAN CAME OUT ON WEDNESDAY OF THAT WEEK TO INSTALL AND TURN THE ALARM SYSTEM ON. TECHNICIANS WENT OVER ALL FEATURES AND SERVICES THAT WERE INCLUDED WITH MY ALARM. ALSO ADVISED ON HOW TO WORK ALARM AND ALL ITS BASIC FUNCTIONS.
