I go every three or four months for maintenance that I have. It's routine maintenance but they always wash the car afterward they have a really nice lounge that you can sit in. They have doughnuts not that I need to be eating them and they have coffee.They do a good job, but it's not cheap but they are not going to cheat you. I've been a customer for over ten years.They always give you a real, nice loaner if it's going to more than a couple hours, it's always a nice Lexus. One that better than the car you brought in.  It is kind of expensive, but I don't want to go to a fly by night place and then have them try to sell me a bunch of stuff. Lexus never does that. They will tell you if something's on it's way out but you have another 4 or 5 months and we can do it then. There's something to be said for that. I've been using them probably for 17 years because I've had other cars with them.

We are very happy with this company. We have used them for 10 years. Highly professional.

They have great service and they give me a free loaner whenever I have the car fixed there. They're very friendly. They treat you well. They respect you because you're on the Lexus. They do charge a lot of money.

If it is going to be a long service, they give you a loaner car. They are upfront and professional. They are pricier and a little more expensive.

Lack of professionalism, honesty and integrity. DO not purchase from this dealership. The sales person and sales manager both lied about the selling price for the vehicle and the services that are provided for the first four years of service - essential these services do not exist and were fabricated. I made the mistake of trading in a vehicle without researching the true market value or trade in value. The documentation they provided to me, that convinced me to sell them my vehicle, was off by 5k in their favor. Its scary that this dishonesty occurs under the Lexus brand.

The service they gave me when I took my vehicle in was okay. I haven't had any problems, and the fact that they provide shuttle service for their customers is great! It's just that sometimes I've felt as if I was being ignored and the customer service reps. are sometimes rude. It was a little expensive.

The level of this office staff has really gone down. They didn't clean the car like they usually do and they didn't make the extra key for it that I paid for. To make it up, they did a detail clean on my car. The service advisors are great. It is just the office staff that needs to pick up the pace.

Lexus of Sacramento always gives us a loaner car whether it is a little work or a lot of work being done. I love this place as it is very convenient and in my opinion that says a lot for their customer service. The only drawback is that the work can be expensive sometimes.

I was so happy when Lexus gave me a loaner car to have for three whole days. Our Lexus had to have the backseat safety belt replaced because it was ripped out by my son. That was a special piece that had to be ordered. They have very reasonable prices and a very clean environment.
