We had to have it repaired again but they were very gracious about that. We have used their services in the past too. We continue to use their services. We are satisfied with what we get from them. They are fine. I didn?t deal with the pricing, but I didn?t get any complaints from my wife. Everything was fine. They have always been great. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

We ordered a part and it took forever to come but other than that they?ve been pretty good. They are a good resource because they are convenient and they have a storefront. You can drop off a bile of water and have it tested. I have another place that I try too but I'll continue using Leslie's.

The staff is very friendly. When it was apparent that I had no idea of how to open, treat, or maintain my spa, the gentleman took the time to explain everything to me. They even offered to test the water.
