In 2003, Mr. Lehmann did an excellent job on a stucco re-coat of our entire house, so when we needed some remedial work done on a texturing job botched by the contractor who did a dry rot repair, we turned to him. He now mostly does small jobs of just this sort. He came and looked at the work we needed done on Saturday, gave us a quote on Monday, did the removal and base re-coat on Tuesday, and finished the texture and exterior stucco on Wednesday. NOTE: The stucco damage was entirely our fault. We accidental aimed our sprinklers badly and kept a wall saturated with water for about a year. Like most small jobs this was pricier by the hour than a big job would be, but similar to the other quote we got. He protected our hardwood floor and cleaned up well.
