They were very professional.There employee James was very courteous,and handled the job quickly and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend them for any job. They are now my plumbing company from now on.

Tito and Palani came out today to service my bathtub spout leak and bathroom sink leak. They also checked my hot water pressure in my kitchen sink and master bathroom. They were both professional, personable, and efficient. Tito is very knowledgeable and explained everything as they performed the work and even checked out some of my other fixtures based on me telling him what I was experiencing. They quickly got to work and fixed both leaks. I definitely recommend using Lateral Cleaning Specialist. I chose using them versus my home warranty company who had assigned me another company with an F rating on the BBB website. This is my 4th time using LCS and they always come through for me. Try them.

The plumber knew what to do and completed the job very quickly. There price was within our budget.

I was having a problem trying to get a plumber whom my home warranty contracted with. I could not get them to return my phone calls to schedule the work. It was going on a week with raw sewage in my house. Lateral Cleaning Specialist called me within 5 minutes of requesting help on Angies list. They came out within 3 hours and had the job completed within 20 minutes. They were fantastic to deal with. Thomas is a great asset to their company.

One of the main things I asked them to do was do a camera survey of my sewer line in order to see what and where the problem was. Their camera probe was too big to go through the line from the toilet end and my sewer line does not have an exterior cleanout access as it goes directly into the city system. So while the line is cleaned out for now, I am hoping there won't be a recurrence and a need for redo any time soon. The technician was very nice and totally cleaned up the floor before he left.

The issue was partially corrected, but stopped again the following week. Perhaps they should have removed the toilet and snaked out the system. I will call them out again to finish the job.
