Mr. LaPerle was an excellent communicator on what was being done each day and what was accomplished each day. If he ran into an obstacle, he would explain the obstacle and then give options. I was very impressed that Mr. LaPerle was pleasant and professional. He returned phone calls in a timely manner and was ON TIME each day. After having several general contractors start work and disappear, it was very refreshing. As a woman, I also appreciated that he spoke to me with respect, and he did not mind me asking questions. The quality of his work is excellent. He had now done three other homes in our neighborhood including double paning windows and rebuilding a major part of one home that was damaged in a roof leak.
