LANDMARK CONCRETE

Mike and his team were very professional throughout the process.  He was prompt in all regards.  His proposal was the best of 4 bids we received.   His bid and one other were the two lowest cost, but we liked Mike's attitude and knowledge the best.  Before we finalized our agreement with him, he arranged for us the view a similar job he had completed.  We were sold after seeing that job.
Mike fitted the replacement of the 12-ft diameter pad into his schedule so we could use it for an outside event we were having less than 3 weeks after we agreed to have him do the job.  He and his team completed the pad about one week before our event.  In return, we told him that he could fit the staining into his schedule as he desired (after we had obtained approval of the staining plan from our home-owners association). 
On 6/26/2013, we had approval of the staining plan and talked with Mike.  He ordered the materials and began the cleaning, staining, and sealing process the week of July 1st.  He completed the staining in several stages, with the final (i.e.,sealing) stage being on 7/9/2013.
We are very pleased with all of his work.  For the front entry, he used swirls of color enhancer to disguise various defects in the existing concrete.  The result was amazing.
We would definitely call on Mike should we need any future concrete and/or concrete staining work.
