A company from North Highlands had previously installed an outdoor HD antenna. After several attempts to schedule an appointment with them with no success, we called Kushida TV based on their BBB report. I told him that the company from North Highlands told us that the cable from the splitter near the living room didn't work and that he'd have to replace the old cable. He said that he would check all the cables himself. He checked all the cables outside our master bedroom and determined which cable was connected to the antenna. The previous owner had Direct TV. I have not gone out to see how many cables are outside our master bedroom, but he told me there were quite a few cables. He connected it and now we have HD TV in our master bedroom. He even locked the gate to our backyard before he left. No service person has ever been so courteous.
