It was quick, painless and professional.Turn around was amazing.

I had a USB drive that got damaged and Konicom worked a miracle, and recovered all the data.  I interacted with them via both telephone and email, and shipped the damaged USB drive to them because I live a few hours away.  Their customer service and communication was superb.  They kept me informed and updated throughout the process, and very quickly were able to recover my data, and ship a drive and a disc back to me in a very timely fashion.  I can't say good enough things about this company, their customer service and their expertise.  Bravo!  Thank you, Konicom!!

Each workstation took less than an hour and therefore we had minimal down time because Konicom completed many tasks remotely (after hours). The process went seamlessly and users did not lose saved email and files.

We also use Konicom for monthly maintenance including remote back-up. When files have been deleted, Konicom has always been able to restore in the same day. Konicom is great on the phones and response is immediate.

They first thought it was the motherboard, so ordered one from Dell. That didn't fix problem, so ordered a video board ($600 part) from Dell, installed it, tested it and released it to me. The PC failed again after using it for a few hours, so I took it back. At that point they said they'd do what it takes to fix and I'd have it back in 2 days. 2 days passed and no call. I called and finally got the owner (who didn't introduce himself) who said it'd be fixed the next day. No phone call. Several days later I called on status. They said they'd get right back to me. A little time later a different technician called to say they could not fixed it and come pick it up. I did and sent it to Dell for repair. Dell fixed it in one day (plus ship time). The assigned technician was a nice guy and made a best effort, but I'm not sure he got any help from fellow technicians or management. They seldom kept their word in giving me status or calling back. I usually had to initiate the call.
