I’ve referred her a couple times and everyone I’ve referred her to has been happy with her as well.  She didn’t try to get me into every house that we looked at.  A couple houses we walked into she said, “This is a piece of crap, you can do better.”  She would tell me that before I looked at the beauty of a house to look at the downside and the problems.  We ended up going with a short sale.  She’s experienced with short sales, foreclosures and regular properties.  With short sales you have to follow up with the banks; she made all the calls and kept up with the mortgage lender and the banks.  I recommended her to a co-worker two years ago and he was really happy with her.  We’re going to be selling the house we’re living in now and we’re going to use her again.  She’s real and she’s honest; she tells you like she sees it.  She’s got great customer service.  Any time we looked at houses, she was always there before me.  If it was an empty house, she was inside the house and had the house opened up and ready to look at.  Her communication was excellent.  Any time she contacted the bank she followed up with me so that I knew what she was doing.  She was not my first real estate agent.  To come across her was a godsend.
