JS Painting

Jose of JS Painting came to my home on Saturday and gave me a written price to do some work. We both agreed and he said he would begin the work on Monday. We were to coordinate his arrival time by phone. I called, no answer. I sent a text and he texted back and rather than coordinate coming over he said he did not have the time to help and blew me off. I had since agreeing to his price cancelled two other bids and so he not only showed lack of professionalism but also that he is not an honorable person. I will get another contractor and then after the work is complete I will take Jose and his company to small claims court. It is the principal of being an honest business person and honoring your word. It is a shame this type of person can go out there and do this to other people. I would suggest no one use this person. I will go after the difference I may pay using someone else and seek other damages as the law may provide. It is your money, but there are many good honest painters out there to work with, so I advise that you don't take the chance with this so called contractor.

Overall, Jose and team is one of the best painting companies in Sacramento..He provided a lot of feedback along the way, and was very accommodating...Hiy for qus price was very reasonable..We had a number of other companies come by for a quote, some very ridiculous, and some just outright arrogant and completely oblivious to the needs of their potential customer...From the beginning Jose acted like he wanted the business, which resonated with me in a positive way...If you have painting needs, I high encourage you to call Jose..He is the best!!!

Jose bid the job when the house was empty...and was a bit overwhelmed when he showed up to paint after all our belongings arrived...we had LOTS of stuff. He never complained, helped us move stuff so he could paint and even helped me mount a plasma TV. He did drywall repair, re-textured some poorly done work and did a great job working around all our stuff!
