We will never use Angi’s “Book Now” service again. We booked a ceiling drywall repair and texturing. In this program you do not vet or choose the service provider. You provide and pay for all the materials. The first worker Angi sent came with virtually no tools, did not tape and feather the repair, and left multiple blotches of canned texturing on the walls. After sharing our dissatisfaction with Angi, a second repairman was sent who could not or would not do the texturing properly, and brought his girlfriend when he returned to finish the job. Both were handymen, not drywall professionals. We are hiring our own workman outside of Angi to finish this project.
