It went well

Jose and I assume his family were done in two hours. He had done work for me before and at first glance it seemed alright. When my wife came home she found many areas had been missed or poorly trimmed. After about two weeks the blackberries started coming back, so the roots had not been poisoned as I had been promised and that brought the price up to $650. I called him and he has never returned my call.

I used to trim the shrubbery and care for the yard too, but I am now disabled and cannot do it any more.  I talked to Jose 3 years ago and we discussed that I could not do any work out there any more and that he needed to do it all. I have  discussed the problem and it continues. Shrubbery is growing into roof. Weeds are in the flower beds, wild trees are growing in the flower beds,and dead plants parts are in all the beds .

They are our regular weekly lawn service. We asked for more than just
Blow & Go and are paying a premium for it. They are here every
Saturday. Sometimes we just get Blow & Go ... but sometimes they
also do maintenance. We have no plans to change gardeners.

Great service.  On occasion they rush and the lines in the lawn look sloppy but they always make up for it with extras.  I would recommend highly.

Mr. Alvarez is always on time, performs his work swiftly and efficiently. If asked is willing to take care of additional yard work (sprinklers, tree removal, etc). Mr Alvarez has worked with us for more than 6 years and we are very pleased with his services. I would not hesitate to reccommend him.

We have a very large, fully landscaped property and Jose is very reliable and does a great job every week. Occasionally we ask him to do additional work like tree trimming or shrub removal and he always finds time for this extra work. He charges a reasonable amount for this additional work.

I am very happy with the yard service.

He was very professional, and did the work right away. I would hire him again. He even donated some stakes, worked some soil amendment, and trenched for drainage.

Jose and his crew were fast and efficient and cleaned up all the yard waste

We've had Jose's services for about 8 years.They mow,edge,trim,remove leaves,and repair sprinklers at NO additional cost.We are having an interior privacy fence built,and one of the sprinkler heads needed to be moved.Yesterday the owner himself came out and moved the sprinkler about a foot.Also of note, we had a spot in the front lawn that just was'nt getting wet enough,I called Jose,left a message to maybe adjust the spraying radius of the sprinkler heads on each side of the dry patch of lawn.I was concerned,came home and they had installed a sprinkler between the two existing ones.At no extra charge!!!They do not rush and I would,and have recommended his service to others.Thanks Jose..............

I pay him $70 a month. He does a decent job. I would recommend him.

He was excellent. I was very pleased with the outcome of the service. He was respectful, professional, and on time.

Despite my concern towards the last few months before I had stop my business with Jose due to bushes and edging was lacking behind, my overall experience a good, very good from the beginning because Jose and his crew revive my dead lawn to a new green lawn. It was like a miracle how within months, our lawn was green once again. Also the bushes and edging was always well kept, except towards the last few months when i terminated the service because it fell behind, and thats why my and quot;Qualityand quot; grade is currently a and quot;Band quot;, else it would easily be an and quot;Aand quot;. I did made contact with Jose and he sent his crew out asap and got it done, however, my heart had already move forward to find a replacement, but instead, I decided to now maintain the lawn myself. Hopefully soon, It is possible I might work out a better bid for Jose service when I need him every 2 months, instead of twice a month. Thank you Jose.

My husband and I had been living in our house for over a year and before that it had been almost a year that the house was vaccant. The whole yard just needed an updo. Its been almost five months since it was done and I am planning on having them come back out.

Crew arrived on time and date scheduled. Worked unsupervised for most of the day and accomplished what we had discussed. In and out with work done as promised and NO drama.
