Very prompt, professional and quick.

I moved to a new house and needed the locks changed. I contacted Jeff's Locksmiths at the retail store on Arden Way to get an estimate. The employee at the store was friendly and professional. I set up an appointment and the company gave me a half-hour window for service. The technician arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He completed the work efficiently at the price quoted and I have no reason to doubt the quality. I will use the company again.

Jeffs Locksmiths were hired to install 3 commercial locks in my home.  I had spoke to Robert (owner) and he is a really nice guy and professional.  We discussed what I wanted and couldn't get exactly what I had used on another home but he worked with to get me as close as possible.  Apparently the whole order was screwed up.  I was getting very agitated that everyone there would keep passing the blame onto the next guy.  These were one of the highest quality commercial locks and they put the wrong locks on the doors, wrong cylinders, wrong color, and everything about this job was wrong.  They had to order  different cylinders and it took at least 1 month maybe a little longer to reorder and get installed again, it was only 3 locks.  This couldn't have been any worse.  Even after this experience I do have to say they didn't argue the mistakes even though no one would stand up and admit who was at fault BUT they did make it right, with alot of inconvenience and frustration but at the end of the day they DID make sure I had what I ordered.  They just need to make sure this doesn't continue to be a problem with customers and be more careful with their orders.

Everything seemed to go okay at first. About a month later my key got stuck in the door. I called them immediately to come fix it, and I have yet to have a response from them.

They were professional. I believe they have been in business for a long time. They know their products. They were able to make good recommendations for me, based on what I would be using it for. I would use this provider again.
