I left several phone messages over the period of an entire day, all of which were never returned to set an appointment to repair the washer and dryer. Is the company still in business?

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY GAVE ME A REALLY GOOD DISCOUNT ON THE PRICE. THEY KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND HOW TO FIX IT. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE DRYER SINCE THEN.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID REAL GOOD WORK, THEY CAME ON TIME. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW HONEST THEY WERE. I THOUGHT THAT WE HAD TO BUY A WHOLE NEW WASHER, BUT THEY CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS OFF BALANCE.
