I had used IRC once before. They had rebarred my new catalytic converter as my old one was stolen off my p/u. About a year later I was having issues with a rattling sound. Maita Toyota dealership had my vehicle for nearly half a day and then finally told me they couldn't check out the problem because the rebar was in the way and I had to go to IRC to have checked. I did and IRC didn't understand why Maita couldn't repair it! They fixed the problem in about half an hour! and charged about $52.00 ! I was so happy I remembered their great work! I am extremely pleased with the service they have given to me.

I go here for all auto repairs. Both me and my wife have older cars. The first time I went was because another automotive shop in town told me I had a problem that I wanted a second opinion about. The other shop told me that they would have to remove my whole gas tank and I had a leak coming up near where the seal was. As soon as import repair center lifted my wife's Jeep they notice that the gas tank have a drill hole in the bottom of the tank. Because this was vandalism I had to call my insurance company, which took a few days. We had the car back by the end of the week all repaired. What's funny was I was a return customer and did not even know it. They had me in their computer system from back when I was in high school. We had a deductible so that repair was only $500. I had not had service on my vehicle in several years, that is where the $1200 come in, before the work was done and on the invoice parts and labor were marked very clearly. I'm sold on "Import Repair Center."

They steam cleaned my engine for free, everyone was friendly, straight forward with information and I did not feel they were trying to sell me anything I really did not need.

They worked on everything on the car and it was maybe about 3 days worth of work. I spent a little over $1700 on that service. I would use them again if I were to have any more work done on my other car. I think they did an excellent job.

I've been going here for years. This is a great shop. They're extremely honest and really work to provide excellent service. In this particular situation, I took my car in for a normal 40,000 mile service and it turned into something more. They ended up giving me and my 85 pound dog a ride home, stopping at the hardware store on the way (puppy sitting my dog while I shopped), then picked me up when the job was done. In addition, I've had a little very occasional mystery problem with this car since I bought it. They researched it on the Internet and spent a couple of days calling around until they found the likely culprit (a flawed key). They've helped me buy new cars; advised me on purchases; and answered questions over the phone without charge. They bill at $98/hour.
