Description of Work: I originally took my computer in for slow issues, but was told that Windows 10 would fix the issue. (Paid extra for that). What a nightmare. Finally had them take it back to deal with that, and the original problem. Told it was my hard drive, they installed a refurbished drive, took Win 10 off, installed Win 7. then I couldn't use my CD thing. They took it back, fixed that, and said that they had backed up my files. The files were (sort of) put on an "extra partition", that said it was full and kept popping up a red warning thing. I have spent hours restoring my files, photos and music. there are duplicates scattered all over my computer, some of which I have finally eliminated. Windows 10 still keeps popping up and telling me to upgrade for free (no way in ... well.. ), without any way of telling that thing to go away. I'm not going to take it back. I believe they sincerely tried, but now I'm not confident of my system, and there are things on my computer that I have no idea what they are. They did try to work with me, but the second time I took it in, it took WEEKS to get it back. I understand that I am not computer-brilliant, but somehow it shouldn't have been such a royal pain, and I don't feel that I was given enough information about what was done to my system.
