Despite weather delays, Michael and his crew provided thoughtful and thorough exterior refurbishment and painting services—on budget. Michael’s construction and painting knowledge, coupled with his proactive communication style and seasoned, professional team were exactly what we needed.

We needed to quickly and reasonably get the inside of our house ready so we could list the house for sale. We had several people come over to provide estimates for the job. Mike at Interesting coatings was our last estimate. It was readily apparent that this was a no nonsense, straightforward kind of guy. We accepted his estimate and had the work begin immediately. I must say my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. The old stained and cracked walls now look new. The entire house is now refreshed. The entire experience was a very pleasant one. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his guys! Interstate Coatings came and gave me an estimate, it was a great deal! I was so surprised when Mike showed up covered in paint and looking like someone who KNEW what he was doing. He was very professional and informative and I was immediately impressed. Then, once we agreed to have them paint for us, they were here right away. They got to work that first day and I was BLOWN AWAY by how efficient, clean, fast and neat they were. The job was done in two days. The paint colors that Mike helped me choose are perfect. They even went the extra mile and replaced a rotted post, fixed my gutter drain pipes and a patch in my hallway that needed attention! They were friendly and fast and knowledgeable and TALENTED! Michael is an absolute great guy to work with on getting the job you want done, done right! He will work with you all the way through the project and the communications that he provides is nothing but the best. I never had to guess with him and he is proactive about everything he did and keeping me up-to-date on a daily basis. He provides a fair price and does high-quality work. I plan on using him over and over again for my next projects. He never over promises and is genuinely a nice guy. Additionally, I was on a tight schedule and he work to accommodate all of the other services that I had going on at the same time. So, while I was having the carpet stretched and the carpets cleaned and the cleaners there he was right there alongside of me all the way through. I highly recommend using him.

The crew site leader was Zeke and was very nice to work with. They were very prompt on the scheduled dates and times and completed the job ahead of schedule and cleaned up upon completion of the job.
