We contacted Tom Goodson at Intero in June to handle the sale of 3 rental homes which were part of an estate. One home was in Fair Oaks, one was in Carmichael, and one was in Folsom. Tom brought in the team of Ed Gatejen and Ryan Montelius and gave us a detailed plan to market and sell the homes. All of the homes were occupied. Ryan contacted the tenants and worked with us and with them to assure a smooth transition. Not all were easy or simple. We were kept informed of the progress of each sale throughout the process. What I had thought would be a very difficult process was made unbelievably easy for us. Each of the homes have sold. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and sensitivity of this team. They were awesome!
