 + -1 moreI sent the photo to Bill and he promptly replied that he them in stock, and all I needed to do was drop by the shop and pick them up. When I showed up, the lady at the front desk had two of them. She gave them to me and when I asked her how much I owed her, she said that they were free. What a pleasant surprise! If I EVER need to do anything with my fire alarm or sprinkler system, I now know exactly whom I will call.
Description of Work: I called International Fire Equipment on the advice of a contractor whom I had asked about getting a new cover for a fire sprinkler in my home. I talked to Bill and he said that he would come out to my home but that if I sent him a photo of the broken sprinkler cover, he might have them in stock and I could do it myself.
