I am absolutely an animal lover. They are my family. I have tried over the years and even recommended others to Dr. Luna and Dr. Beebe; however, I continue to have communication difficulties with the Receptionist. I am totally a like minded person with Alternative Health Care but today at this office; it is the very last time. Over the years I have encountered difficulty with: appointments, emails, telephone conversations/etiquette and on-going weekly care; today getting a Rabies shot. It is either their way or the highway. On the way to the highway, she wishes me a Happy New Year. How untruthful, how condescending. How RUDE !
Customer relations are non-existent! Instead...it is all about the MONEY. Can't get refills of herbs without vet appointment. Can't get rabies shot without a wellness check. Can't have on-going established appointment time. Left on hold for over 8 minutes. It's all about the MONEY! And I am the one with the problem. Due to the on-going failure to communicate: I clarified my expectations/checked for understanding, prior to the appointment. (I try to make it work) At the appointment the rules change. Meanwhile, no care is given about the time I have invested, nor my animals, nor myself. It is all about the MONEY! I will find an alternative that is genuine (caring). One that makes customer relations a priority. I will no longer recommend ! This office management and customer relations is absolutely the WORST! I have tried to make it work many, many, times and the outcome is the same--dissatisfaction with Office Management, specifically the Receptionist. To continue on would simply be insane.
