Dry rot, Water or Pest Damage Major Repair
The contractor tricked us into paying for 41 hours more labor (without a change order) at $85 an hour. No extra hours were worked above those projected in the original contract. The contractor has ignored all requests for mediation regarding the overcharge.

"Could not been farther from the truth. 41 hours is incorrect, statement about no "extra hours not being worked" is incorrect, we got an agreement from your husband to proceed with removing the French door and replacing rotted header, which we did and put everything back in order. "tricking" part in not true, and we talked to you and explained to you and your husband the scope and even gave you a discount to make you happy, here you are still spreading false information."

Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace
HIGHLY recommended! Extremely professional, thoughtful, thorough, helpful, with phenomenal attention to detail. I originally contracted with them to install some doors but ended up also having them do a number of other jobs, including installing a kitchen exhaust fan, which required detail work on the surrounding cabinets, and redoing some stucco and trim on the exterior of the house. All exceeded our expectations and were done at a fair price.

Sliding Door - Install
Daniel and his company did a great job. The repair in my office was to remove old AC wall unit, drywall and stucco. The kitchen exterior door Install, removing existing window and install new door. Both looks as if it had been there this whole time. The exterior stucco and drywall texture looks flawless and blends very well to the existing wall. Again like it has been there this whole time. Clean up and Communication went well too. We are very happy with the outcome and I highly recommend Daniel and his services.
