The good thing is that if there is ever any other issues, they will come back out and take care of it when I ask.  I just noticed some spiders, and they came back out and addressed the issue.

They are very good and they were experts. They were referred to me by another resident and I used a couple of other companies before which were OK but since their company is very small their services were very personalized. Even though I don’t normally do this but I was so impressed with them that I signed up with them for once a month service. Their price is reasonable since they not only service the perimeter of my house which is large but they also treat the perimeters beyond my house.

They're very prompt and their prices are reasonable.  If anything happens in between they come out and take care of it. We've been using them for almost 12 years and we're very pleased.  They guy even made us cookies on Christmas.

They do on call pest control. If I have any issues, they come out at no additional charge. I had a rodent problem and they came out free of charge to take care of it. It is generally a routine spraying, though. I will continue to use them.

Living in Florida with the Florida climate I may be has had one or two bugs in my house for the whole time, which is really good living in Florida.  They have a phone service, they are on time.  They go above and beyond.  They service even in the walls so they don’t even have to come into the house and they put the form in from the outside. They have the vines put into the walls.  I will continue to use them in the future.

We've had them for years. They always ask if we have any problems inside. We used to have a real bad ant problem but they have taken care of it so well that we haven't had to have them come in the house for a long time. They always are very polite and quick to respond to any problems. We have been real pleased with their service. They don't spend a lot of time talking. They have had some changes in personnel and when we get used to one person, they change to somebody else but they always seem to be nice. They were $36 when we started 10 years ago and it has only gone up $5 so the price is reasonable. They always call ahead to tell us that they are coming. They come in uniforms and their truck is marked. They don't ask to use my bathroom, which we appreciate.

They are covered under warranty. They are excellent. I?ve not had any problems with them, whatsoever. When I moved into my new house, I had the option to choose only Home Team Pest Defense. Hence I have not compared their prices with that of any other company. The quality of their work is good, too.

Every time they come out I see no signs of pests, so they must be good. The lady who comes to our house is always in uniform and she is very polite. She is very thorough when it comes to her work and she always shows up on time.
