Home Depot did a good job. Its a lovely door and it looks like a french door and really nice.

Unbenknownst to me, the Andersen wood windows were not installed according to code or the Andersen instructions. The company failed to use the required water barriers (flashing) and caused extensive water damage to my home and windows. Instead of stepping up to the plate to make things right, Home Depot refused to even come out to view the problem for months. Then refused to take any actions to repair it. A year later, I am still fighting them. It is a nightmare.

The work was decent but I probably would not use them again.

They did an excellent job. I selected my carpet and laminate and they had an installer come out to measure my floors. The contractors that installed were very good as well.

Doors were delivered as promised by Home Depot. The person who did the ordering and the follow up did a good job. I did have an issue with the pricing, I ordered the doors and the following week there was a sale. I contacted my mill work specialist he arranged for a discount there was a discount of $126.00 I was billed for that and never credited, so now I have an outstanding bill with Home Depot. I wrote them a letter and they responded saying they are looking into it. They have been very responsive with phone calls and e-mails regarding this matter.

I called to see about getting an estimate and found that they charge 50.00 for an in-home estimate. They do apply that to your bill as a refund if you go with them. I already got a free in-home estimate from someone else and wanted to compare. If Home Depot was good, they'd be sure to get my business without charging for an estimate. They shouldn't make you pay for them to try to sell you something so expensive as carpet purchase and installation.

PLACE LOOKS LOVELY, BUT HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BASE- LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HAD TO CALL HOME DEPOT CONSTANTLY TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE ON TOP OF THINGS AND IN CONTACT WITH SUPPLIERS.

Roseville Overhead Door Company did a good job. Home Depot service in the store was good but there was no follow up from them at any time. The job took longer than I was told it would take, but the job was fine. I went to Home Depot specifically to purchase a garage door opener that was on sale, a fact I had to tell the sales associate. There was also an additional discount that I missed out on that I found out after the offer had expired. Although the sales associate was very knowledgeable about garage doors he wasn't informed about special installation offerings and dates, and didn't know until I asked for the garage opener by brand name that it was on sale.

We went to Home Depot to get a new front door. They sent an installer out to measure the door, which cost us 50 dollars. He didn't do the complete door detail. Then they ordered a door with the incomplete door detail and the holes for the lock and hinges were in the wrong place. The door also had a big ding in it and the seal around the window wasn't flat. They insisted we should take the door (which we didn't do). After a couple of months, they finally let us cancel the order. We think they were trying to unload the damaged door on us because my 78 year old step-mother just had open heart surgery and they thought they could intimidate her into accepting the damaged door.

THEY SENT A VERY GOOD CREW TO WORK ON MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY PAID GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY HAD THE CARPETS DONE IN NO TIME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I REALLY LIKED THE CREW THEY SENT OUT TO MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY LIVING ROOM IS VERY LARGE SO THERE ARE TWO SEAMS THAT YOU CAN NOT EVEN MOVE.

THE CREW THAT HOME DEPOT SENT OUT WAS THE MOST ORGANIZED CREW THAT I HAVE EVER MET. THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME and GOT RIGHT TO WORK. IT WAS AN 8-DAY PROJECT and THEY WERE ON TIME EVERY DAY. THEY PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL and DID A GOOD JOB.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. OVERALL, I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PLEASANT. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR US. THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND TREATED US REAL WELL. THE ONLY THING THAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS THEY WERE LATE DELIVERING IT.

THEY HAD A NICE SELECTION OF FLOORING TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL HELPING ME DECIDE WHAT TYPE OF FLOORING TO INSTALL. THEIR WORK WAS DONE NICELY. THE PRICE WAS JUST A BIT HIGHER THAN I EXPECTED.

THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKER THAN I WAS TOLD. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THE CARPETS, BUT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAD EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. THEY HAD A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE. THEY HAD THE JOB DONE THE SAME DAY THAT THEY CAME OUT.

THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET IS GREAT. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE FOR THE INSTALLATION WAS KIND OF STEEP. CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT WE ENDED UP HAVING TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE COME OUT AND STRETCH IT A MONTH LATER, THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE US OUR MONEY.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS THEY USED. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID.

THEY ARRIVED AROUND THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND GOT MY WATER HEATER INSTALLED VERY QUICKLY. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THAT EVERYTHING IS WORKING CORRECTLY.

THEY SEEMED TO WORK AT A VERY SLOW BUT THOROUGH PACE. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DO EVERY THING CORRECTLY. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE GOOD CONTRACTORS. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THEY CAME SHORT ON MATERIALS. THE WHOLE PROCESS SHOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN TWO DAYS, AND IT ENDED UP TAKING FOUR WEEKS. THE PRICE WAS VERY UNREASONABLE AND THEY DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP ON TIME.
