Those guys were very good.  They did a great job.  He's very thorough and really comprehensive.  They'd literally check every space and I was totally satisfied with the service.

Mike is amazing. He is so professional and reasonably priced. He has done work for us in the past but this time he put up ceiling fan and took out medicine chest and drywalled it to perfection for painting. Previously, he changed and installed two door locks and matched for one key, moved a track light and installed it where a contractor tried and was unsuccessful in getting lights to work. His expertise is vast and knowledgeable at what he does, Mike is also a Home Inspector so he knows what to look for and how to repair a problem. We would not hesitate to have him fix everything in the house, if he doesn't know how, he'll be the first to know someone who does!

Mike was very professional when he arrived and throughout the inspection was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us when we asked questions. He knew about our property, which was difficult to find because we have a log house. He highlighted aspects of our property beyond a typical home inspection and made us feel secure in what we were purchasing. When we obtained the actual inspection it was well written and very user friendly in understanding and knowing what we needed to request for repair to the seller. We would definitely recommend Mike and would not hesitate to use him for our next house inspection.
