Yesterday I needed one bolt and nut to hang some shelving. Got exactly what I needed, and when I couldn't find the correct size bolt, one of the staff noticed and offered to help me find it. Great customer service, great little hardware store.

Great. They're a medium sized local hardware store. Big items are a bit more expensive but medium stuff is around the same price as a big box store. Some of the small miscellany is a little more expensive. The prices are worth it though because they have people working who actually know how to do the stuff and can give advice.
