Healthy Living Cleaning Service’s goal is to simplify our client’s lives by saving valuable time and energy in the most environmentally responsible manner. By taking cleaning off your “to do” list time is freed for family, friends and fun! Our staff is comprised of professional cleaners that are employees rather than independent contractors providing protection for our clients. If there were to be any accidents in the home, either property or personal injury to the cleaner, our insurance would cover any loss. We carry both worker’s compensation and liability insurance. Services that utilize independent contractors do not carry insurance. Our employees have been rigorously trained. For our client’s peace of mind we do a thorough back ground check and independent drug test before hiring. Our cleaners are all bonded. In addition, we carry both worker’s compensation and liability insurance. You can rest assured the person in your home has integrity and is trustworthy. The cleaning team brought their own (green) cleaning products, which was great. The team also brought a list of tasks with them that they planned to perform, and asked me if I had anything in specific I needed them to do. They even offered to make up the beds! There were also tasks done that I felt were above and beyond, but are probably regular services for them (like cleaning out the microwave).
The time estimate for getting the job done was accurate, and all work was performed well. I especially appreciated how clean the floors were.
Theresa and Tonya arrived on time. They brought all their own cleaning products and their own vacuum. I was told I could have them use my personal vacuum to prevent "cross contamination" if I wanted. I prioritized my cleaning list so items I was most concerned about (bath and kitchen for deeper cleaning) would be completed. Theresa started in the kitchen and Tonya in the bath. My home is about 1300 sq. feet. They were able to dust, vacuum and mop floors to all the rooms. Both the kitchen and bath were spotless. I was very pleased with the end result and my home didn't smell like chemicals. I was offered regular scheduled cleaning services and the opportunity to sign-up, but there was no pressure or sales pitch. Written information of their monthly, bi-monthly, weekly prices was left......in addition to a thank you note. I would use Healthy Living Cleaning Services again based on this first experience.
