It was great.  He was on time, fast, and efficient.

 Fantastic experience.  If you're one like me who's been looking for a long time for a plumber who knew his business, yet didn't cost you an arm and a leg for even the simplest of repairs, don't look any further.  PG&E had come out to my house  and found two gas leaks so they turned off the gas at the gas meter and left me with a hazardous notification slip.   PG&E instructed me to hire a qualified plumber and have the two gas leaks repaired.  After a few calls I hired Harvey, Snr. (Lance) to do the repairs.  When I spoke with Lance he said that he could come out a little later that same day.  He capped off a 1/2 inch gas line which was no longer being used, but was leaking gas.  Additionally, Lance installed a new shut-off valve on the water heater.  I was able to get PG&E to come out that same night, re-check for any remaining gas leakage, and turn the gas meter back on.  Both repairs checked out so Lance had done a great repair job.  Cost for the completed job, including parts, was $85.00.  I thought that was more than fair.  Additionally, when you meet and talk with Lance you know he is someone you can trust as well as someone who knows his business.  He was very conscientious and showed up right on time.  You won't go wrong if you call Harvey and Sons to take care of your plumbing needs.  This is the first time I've used Lance, but from now on he's the plumber I'll be using.
