+ -1 moreI like the knowledge and experience of Harrington Construction. He was very professional, very honest. I felt very comfortable with him. The same situation I needed to be in the house with kids and dogs to trust him. I could leave my house too if I needed to.
Description of Work: He redid our downstairs with a concrete overlay. He took up all the carpet and tile and he put stained concrete overlay in.
