During laying of tile in both bathrooms,the lip of the baseboards was removed. We either could sand baseboards or have them replaced. We opted to replace because previous painter didn't sand before painting and they were awful looking. Ryan came in and did a very good job. He was on time,professional and cleaned up after the job was finished.
