He is licensed and bonded. He is excellent. He does good work, he is usually on time, and he knows what he is doing. He is reliable. When I started with him, I just had him come and do simple stuff in my bathroom like faucets and stuff, and then it snowballed into something big.

Job started OK and then turned bad. 70% of floors were installed when a worker got glue on his shoes and walked all over the newly installed floors. After much hassling the floors were pulled up and reinstalled with new boards and some of the old boards. As the job neared completion another section of floors was damaged and the whole kitchen and dining areas were pulled up and again reinstalled. During the construction the workers made little effort to contain dirt, dust and construction debris. At one point the sawed sheet rock in the house which left a fine white powder from ceiling to floor on everything in several rooms. We are currently filing a claim with the State Contractors board as the manufacturer of the flooring material sent an inspector to look at our floors and stated that because of the installation was done improperly the floor warranty would not be hon9ored. We have boards that are rippling, edges turning up, sections that are uneven, and whole rooms where the boards have started bunching up and rising at the seams because sufficient room was not left at the edges of the room for expansion. Overall our floors are a mess and will need to be completely redone. I might add that the workers that did the work were not regular floor installers but workers hired off of Craig's list to do general construction work. If you use this contractor for any work you do so at your own economic risk .Please do you self a favor and DON'T !

    Extremely shoddy work -  this company had to re-tear our bathroom flooring in M. bath 3 times, this company hires
workers that do not know how to perform work contracted for - every single thing  this company did  had to be redone at least once  - if not more.   ..
    I experienced very questionable billing/business practices and intimidation from the owner - a total 'nitemare.
    I stopped all work in January after it was discovered this individual even failed to obtain a Permit to do the work - 
    even though his contract states clearly ' Contractor will at his own expense obtain all permits required to perform
    work' ..   .     .I just heard his license has been suspended!     Use this company only at your own risk !!
        There are plenty of contractors 'out there' that DO know what they are doing   .    .

We have used them for years for our rental properties. They come out immediately and they are quick. They also get the job done.

I like the owner, James Haas, very easy to work with and has very good ideas. Great sense of what will work. He can do just about anything. Very skilled in electrical, plumbing, and alot of other things. Charges are very reasonable. Main thing is he is honest
