Excellent experience

They packed up my items by recklessly dunping my things into boxes. Like just dumped my knife block into a box with other items. Thank god that I did not get stabbed. They damaged multiple walls and doors near my garage, laundry room, and kitchen. And then they beat the heck out of my appliances. Then they have the gall to deny my claim for the damage. Terrible experience.

The movers first picked up my new spa which was right by their office. Then they came to our house and loaded up all our furniture which took about 2 1/2 hours. They worked extremely fast, but were not overly professional. It was a father/son team and the father was very good, but the son seemed like he didn't want to be there. When we advised them to remove the wooden feet on our coach so it would fit through the door, they said, "Nah, we don't need to do that. We're professionals." They then proceeded to scratch a huge gouge out of the front door. When it came time to move the piano, they didn't even pad it or wrap it at all. I should have stopped and made them do it. Everything made it to the new house safely and the whole thing took about 4 hours. However, there was a hidden 'double time' charge that had to do with driving time that I knew nothing about. They did send someone out later to fix the front door although the paint didn't match.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR US. THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID NOT BREAK ANYTHING WHILE THEY WERE PACKING OUR STUFF UP. THEY TREATED US NICE AND WITH A LOT OF RESPECT.

GREAT AMERICAN MOVERS TOOK THE TIME TO INSURE THAT OUR OLD PIANO WAS PICKED UP AND DELIVERED TO OUR NEW PROPERTY IN SACRAMENTO. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY CAREFUL AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB.
