They did a nice job, very professional.  They came, they did an inspection and promptly came up with a bid, then followed up with me when I had questions, and scheduled and did the work in a short timeframe, which I needed.  I'm very happy with them, and recommend them.

We had just installed a new Heater/Air conditioner and as part of the energy rebate we were applying for, we needed to update the insulation as well. Buckley Parnell Heating and Air chose Goldstar as their sub contractor for the installation of the insulation. With the exception of arriving 2 hours later than expected, the install went very well. The installers were pleasant and professional and we are now enjoying a much more energy efficient home.

They did a great job for me. They lived up to their name. As far as punctuality goes, I was not his first call of the day and he called me and said he would be 5 minutes late and he was actually only 5 minutes late. I was kind of impressed by that because I have had people call me and say they were running 5 minutes late and showed up 2 hours later.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS BAD. THEY ARE A CROOKED COMPANY WITH LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT FINISH WHAT THEY START. THEY DO, HOWEVER, CLEAN UP ANY MESS THAT THEY MAKE.
