+ 0 moreFrom the start we were constantly told that the solar power system would either reduce our bills to zero or we would get credits from the power company. when ever the system was mentioned the lead contractor would say again zero or credit. we were also told constantly that the gray water system would reduce our water bill to zero. We later found out that the state refused to approve the gray water instillation so the contractor simply put in a new set of sprinklers without saying anything till near the end of the job. Also we have learned from our power company that the solar instillation will never take more then 35 percent off the electric bill it never will be reduced to zero under any circumstances after following all the instructions from the contractor and being told constantly it will be zero. Plus there were numerous extra recessed lights installed with no approval when asked the contractor simply said don't worry about it.then after the job was done demanded a extra check to cover them. I can't recommend company for anything Gary
Description of Work: We Hired this company to remodel our kitchen both bathrooms tear out carpet and replace with wood flooring replace all outside concrete. redo flower beds paint and redo lawns plus add solar panels and gray water system. Kitchen was to be made easier to use with more room to cook in more counter space and replace only fashion pantry with cabinet space. bathrooms floors were redone in tile and new tile showers were put in. All outside concrete was replaced with new stepped concrete.

+ -1 moreThey were very slow. All the workers kept asking me for my belongings. When I told them no, a few days later it went missing. When we were talking about the project, they would switch to the language that they spoke so I could not understand them. They would not give me any paper work for the job that they were doing for me.

+ 2 more.They were very nice and completed the work. The estimate went from $40,000 to $100,000 because they claimed the first estimate was for basics and the last estimate was for mirrors, floors and the vanity. I was not happy with that because I thought the first price was for the finished product. Another thing I was not pleased with was that they did not let me choose the items that they put into the room addition. They chose everything and ended up spending much more because they purchased the items from their friends. I want to stress that if someone uses this company they make it clear that they want an estimate for the complete finished product.
