GENERAL CLIMATE SYSTEM

I feel like their punctuality, responsiveness, and responsibility in coming to you is not good at all, and I don't think their professionalism is very good. I believe that the work that they do is fair. They are just not very professional. They got a little rude with me.When you have a tenant especially one like mine, they want it done right now. I have to tell them sometimes I'm doing the best I can, but these guys made me wait a couple of days in the time they were supposed to be doing that. They were just not very nice when I confronted them. When I said I need this done, if you can't do it then just let me know and I'll call somebody. The guy didn't say anything but when he left he said, next time you're going to have to work on our schedule. I called them because somebody recommended them to me and I really like to give small businessmen the option. We prefer to call small businessmen than to go to Home Depot and have them contract somebody out. I'm not fond of Walmart and I don't like big services. This was the second time I dealt with them. The other time was for air conditioning, but at any rate the other time it was a couple of days before they got back to me, and they were supposed to be here, and they didn't come. Their responsiveness and professionalism are not very good. I don't feel like they cheated me, though. They should be more professional and respond to their customer's request. They may be doing better since then especially since they are on Angie's List. They may have a commitment now to their company. It was 3 brothers and I believe they are hardworking. I just don't think they have much organization. When I first started with Angie's List, I checked to see and this company was not on Angie's List. When I did the work, I was not with Angie's List either.
