Gatejen Real Estate

As administrators of an estate, we contacted Tom Goodwin at Gatejen Real Estate to sell some rental properties. Tom responded immediately, setting an appointment with the team of Tom, Ed Gatejen, and Ryan Montelius. They completely explained their marketing approach to sell the properties and the process. They were very sensitive to the situation that brought about the desire to sell the homes. They all have gone above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us. The properties are all in different cities of Sacramento County. They have kept us totally informed of the status of each sale. To date they have sold two of the three properties. The delay in the sale of the third was due to issues beyond their control but they now are in the process of selling the last home. I have been so impressed by their professionalism and thoroughness. They are awesome!!
