WE HAVE ONLY USED THEM TWICE BUT SO FAR IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. WE TOOK IT IN & THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK ON IT RIGHT AWAY. WE HAD IT WITHIN AN HOUR. I DON'T THINK YOU CAN FIND THAT MANY COMPANIES THAT ARE THAT QUICK.

The computer was scheduled to be in their care for a long period of time which was an inconvenience. However, it was returned slightly ahead of schedule. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, offering additional advice. The benefit was worth the price paid.
