 + -1 moreThe guy they sent did not even know how to connect the cable. They sent two people without any knowledge in how to do this.
Description of Work: I bought a tv from them. They were going to install and connect all of the component with a stereo and a TIVO.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE ONLY USED THEM TWICE BUT SO FAR IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. WE TOOK IT IN & THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK ON IT RIGHT AWAY. WE HAD IT WITHIN AN HOUR. I DON'T THINK YOU CAN FIND THAT MANY COMPANIES THAT ARE THAT QUICK.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO PUT A NEW MODEM, CD-ROM DRIVE, & POWER PACKET IN MY COMPUTER.

 + -1 moreThe computer was scheduled to be in their care for a long period of time which was an inconvenience. However, it was returned slightly ahead of schedule. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, offering additional advice. The benefit was worth the price paid.
Description of Work: They retrieved all of the data, programs and files from a PC hard drive after the computer had crashed.

Description of Work: Through an extended service contract I purchased with them, they repaired my unit which was malfunctioning.
