Great! Given covid, it took several months from bid to construction to complete the project. However, the company kept with their schedule and price. Completed the job in a timely manner and did an excellent cleanup job. Especially notable was the detailed bid.

They took care with the removal of our old fence and installed a beautiful new, solid fence. They cleaned the work area when done, respected my property and were very talented workers. We will hire them to replace more fencing in the near future.

Gave us a bid which was within the insurance payment for the destroyed fence, also for a separate project involving repairs on another part of our fence which wasn't part of the insurance job. Reasonable bid, we accepted; crew arrived on time, worked all day fixing various parts of the fence; cleaned up after the work; pleasant to work with; would hire again.

It followed up immediately on my contact through Angie’s List, the estimator showed up exactly on time and was very personable, the bid arrived promptly, the crew sent to perform the work were also personable and skilled, the crew also had all the tools and timber needed, and they ended up doing an amazing job. Plus, they left the job site immaculate. It was also a real pleasure to watch pros like that in action: they make things look so effortless.

Fine, but not perfectly. The speed and quality of workmanship were excellent, but we were disappointed that the new fence did not match the adjoining fence in height. The installers said that the problem was that the adjoining fence was too low, but they did not have this conversation with us before they installed the new fence, nor attempt to get our permission for the discrepancy in height before the installation.

They came out and gave us a quote VERY fast. Work was completed quickly and well. Foreman was very helpful. The fence is beautiful, and despite minor communication lapses, we would definitely use them again.

Fencing was replaced on the street side along one side of the home. This included construction of one narrow (footpath) gate and one large (vehicle) gate. The crew was competent, friendly, and efficient. Cleanup was good. We were very pleased with the results. NOTE: We did not get a firm bid from another contractor before hiring Freedom Fence, because we were pleased with prior work and wanted to use them again

Freedom Fence is the trusted contractor for all fence-related work at our homeowners association (164 units, 35 years old). We are in the process of replacing every wooden patio fence on our large property. Freedom (when we can get a scheduling window) whips through work orders for as many as 13 fences per job. Their price is always reasonable, the work is near-perfect, and our residents give positive feedback regarding their professionalism, politeness, and accommodation. We also use them for iron fence work (perimeter security fence, pool fence). Our association managment company (AMC) uses them for many HOA clients.

It went well but a little pricey.

They were very professional and performed the work in accordance with the contract. They did not cut corners. They did an outstanding job.

There was an understandable scheduling delay, but otherwise everyone from the front office to the estimator to the workforce was professional and very pleasant. Communication was timely and flexible (both phone and e-mail). Fence looks beautiful and currently seems to be quite stable and strong. Thank you Freedom Fence!

I worked with Mike on the sales and contract which was very straightforward and competitively priced. The team that came out was led by Ornesto and they did an excellent job. Great workmanship. When I checked the holes that were dug for the posts they were at least 2 feet deep! My neighbors were pleased with the quality work. The whole process working with Freedom Fence was straightforward and easy. Due to backlog with everyone needing new fences after our harsh winter be sure to plan ahead with some lead time. I had to schedule the fence work 5-6 weeks out.

The were fast, professional, friendly and other than the fence being replaced I would have never known they here! Reminds me of craftsmanship from years past!

The short version: prompt response, competitive price, outstanding professionalism in the finished product. The details: despite being swamped with work due to the January-February 2017 storms, Mike Hammons from Freedom Fence was able to visit us within a few days of the initial call. I was seeking to replace our 18-year old cedar fence, originally built with 8-inch pickets (vertical fence boards), that mostly blew over in the wind due rot at the base of the old wood posts. Mike contacted me by email soon thereafter with a bid that was well above the budget agreed to by my neighbor and myself. I replied with a request for some way to trim the price if possible, and Mike said a substantial reduction was possible by changing to 6-inch redwood pickets, which Mike suggested would actually be superior to 8-inch cedar. I agreed and the construction date was set for 4 weeks out--the best that could be done given the ongoing nasty weather. Installers John and Stefan arrived as scheduled and simply stated, the redwood fence and gate installation they created was amazing; outstanding in every regard--beyond expectations.

They came out when they said they were going to. They worked two days to finish the job. It was harder than they have anticipated but they followed through and the worker did a nice job, cleaning up after themselves. Overall we are very satisfied. I would use them again.

Went great until the guy hit a sprinkler line, but there was no way for any of us to have known it would right next to a post. I would have hit it too if it would have been me digging. Overall great service!
