Flooring
After visit to showroom, and selection of floor pattern, scheduled the installation for week ahead. Called them on day of floor installation to find they had ''misplaced'' our order. They had yet to order floor materials from company. Rescheduled installation (another day off from work) to find installers showed up without moulding or other materials work order said to replace. Installers were very good, went to nearby building supply company to get stuff they were missing, and completed job.
