With a mold remediation they come in and they tear everything apart and then they clean up everything and there's a final testing clearance at the end by separate independent company and if they're clear everything is great, but everything is torn apart. For example, I have no kitchen. There's no floor. There's no cabinets. Half the walls are torn down. So I need to have a company come in and put everything back together. Fortunately some of that is included in my insurance. We've had several contractors come in and give us estimate. Another company estimate just came in this morning; same job, $72,000. Ridiculous. But, looking at the estimate and proposals that I forwarded to my insurance company; I was very fortunate because the estimator of this company, that's called Fite Construction, and they are highly rated. The estimator used to be a claims adjuster for my insurance company. So he knew the insurance company very well, of course. Not only that he knew the claim adjuster who is heading up my case at the insurance company. So they have a very good relationship, so it could not be better. It could not be better. But looking at his estimate, the extreme detail that he put down of what they were going to do versus what the other construction company put down is no comparison. It's like his was 7,8 pages long with detailed steps; with the square footage, and the price per square foot per item, remove the underlayment, install the linoleum, how much for the linoleum, how much for the installation per square foot and then their actual cost. He did that for every item. Installing the sink, installing the plumbing underneath the sink; extremely detailed. I mean fantastic! I've been in communication with 3 of their people and they're all very responsive, very professional, very helpful, and they keep me in the loop. They keep me informed. On price, absolutely an A; versus $72,000.

Waiting for the permits for 3 months, which was not their fault. They kept us informed at every step and were very responsive to our needs. The results are stunning! We added a laundry room and changed our master bath from a tub/shower combination to a large shower enclosure. The new knotty pine cabinetry is a vast improvement over the old dark oak, some of it painted white by previous owners. We could not be happier with the results!

Deck is beautiful and well built. They forced their subcontractor to do the job right instead of taking the shortcuts he wanted to take. But they only had one guy working on my project and it took WAY longer than expected and was very expensive. Overall I feel it was worth it as the new deck is wonderful and adds a huge amount of curb appeal to the home.

It could not have gone better...they are professional and most importantly they never left me hanging...I like people who are punctual....every worker walked into my home right on time.....I would recommend this contractor to anyone.

Was informed of water damage while I was at work. I had an overflow situation that went on for about 8 hours from upstairs masterbath, into master bedroom and down into garage. I contacted Primo Clean immediately to get the water extracted then contacted my insurance company. I chose Fite Construction and they met with me immediately and coordinated with Primo Clean

They are professional, on time and they do everything they say they are going to do when they do it.
