Fed Ex Ground

The service was very nice. There was no line or anything. That was one thing that I like about Fed Ex. The lady there was quite friendly and very helpful. I think their prices were quite competitive.

I prefer them over other providers any day. Even when I had snow and everything, they would come, knock the door and hand it over to me because they didn't want to put it on my wet porch. I use Fed-Ex all the time. I have sent and received packages through them.

I went through the process of becoming certified and It is hassle free and easy. If there is a problem they are always willing to work with you.

I have a FedEx account so I don't know about the price but they are a little pricey. What stands out about them is that they get the job done; they deliver overnight.

They are really great, they help me out a lot. I can go in there and they always have someone to help me. They are very nice and friendly. I have had a much better experience sending stuff with them than other places.

8 boxes were arrived damaged and one I declared insurance on because it had a very expensive cappacinno machine. It didn't arrive until 10 days after it had been shipped. You have to register a complaint with Fed Ex within 21 days after you receive the package. I didn't even get to the packages until the 15th. They refused to acknowledge my complaint or my insurance on the package.I didn't get to them until after that time. I won't use fed ex again.
