Upon completion, it was absolutely beautiful! They completely restored the sofa and refinished the dresser. I am extremely happy with the work Evco Custom Upholstery performed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of any restoration of furniture.

I don't need to be told by a service provider that I have champagne taste on beer money. While I was on vacation, they kept calling me and calling me. I asked if it could wait until I was back, and the receptionist was rude and could not communicate well. We kept calling to find out when the delivery will be and they would never call me back. My mistake was that I paid them in full up front. When they finally delivered the furniture, they could not give me a time or date for when to expect it. They charged me $800 for a scotch guard that I do not believe they did. I do not recommend this company.

I was satisfied with the work but not happy that the actual price was nearly double the estimate and that I had not been prepared for that possibility---was also called at work to OK the increase after fabric had been ordered and work started.

They did such a great job that now my chair looks awful! They also had to re stuff part of it due to the age. I am now going to have them do my chair.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. EVERYTHING WAS DONE VERY NEATLY. THEY EVEN CLEANED IT FOR US. I GOT THE COUCH BACK IN GREAT CONDITION. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THEIR PRICES.
