My truck is old but only has 100k original miles on it and the engine is in great shape. Because of its age and the cost of the damage, there was a good chance that the insurance company would declare the truck a total loss, even though there was no frame or engine damage, resulting in a salvage title. Gabe's shop is a preferred partner with my insurance company, so he was able to work with the adjuster, reporting the actual damage cost but offering a discount to the insurance company in order to save the truck. At my request, he then offered me a completely reasonable price to match the paint on the rest of the truck, so my out of pocket expenses including deductible were very reasonable. In addition, he did a timely and beautiful job of repairing the damage, even doing extras like painting my gross wheels. As far as I'm concerned, Gabe saved my beloved truck, making it better than it was before the accident and giving it many more years of reliable service.
