 + -1 moreEverything went as smoothly and efficiently as Mr. Horn promised. I am impressed by diligence and work ethic. He has a great business sense and he definitely knows his business. I would hire and recommend Mr. Jordan Horn, The Estate Sale Guy to anyone who has a need to sell estate items or looking for real estate agent.
Description of Work: The estate sale guy is an estate liquidator as well as a real estate agent. They came into to the house and staged all the estate sale items quickly and in such a manner that buyers were able to navigate throughout the house easily. The staff were knowledgeable regarding the items for sale and conducted themselves professionally. In addition to the estate sale, Mr. Jordan Horn represented us in the sale of our home.

 + 1 moreJordan was very responsive, professional, pleasant and helpful. He did a great job with the estate sale. He handled everything and it went very smoothly. My only complaint is he promised in writing to credit back 25% of his commission from the estate sale to me when the house sold. He did not do that, and when I contacted him, several times by email and also followed up with a letter, he never responded at all.
Description of Work: Set up an estate sale, advertised the sale, managed the sale, finalized sale and removal of remaining items

 + -1 moreHe is one of the nicest people who puts on estate sales; he leaves nothing to chance and is so ENTHUSIASTIC and friendly that makes me want to come back every time he has a sale. He will answer all your questions instantly and if you need his assistance he will help you or one of his friendly associates will be there immediately. I can't imagine anyone not going to one of his sales; we tell everybody about him and what fun it is to be there.
Description of Work: He was holding an estate sale at a home in River Park; the house was immaculate, everything he had for sale was priced and very clean. He always greets everyone at the door and acts so pleased that you are there. He walks around seeing if anyone needs any help,
