Asked to construct a wall starting with support frame. It took them over three days to do this and they were still not finished. It took another guy just 2 hours to put up the frame and all the supports. Asked to unstack a chimney, they damaged our roof as they threw the bricks to the ground but instead hit parts of the roof. We had to patch the roof on an emergency basis when it rained and eventually replaced the roof. Got their recommendation from East Sac Hardware. I later complained to their manager behind the counter as they had their business cards there and the manager just laughed it as if the store was part of the scam. Very incompetent workers, covered up bad work, was lazy and worked only when you were watching them. Avoid these rip offs!
