Emmett did a wonderful job on our new kitchen.  His attention to details, workmanship on all phases of the project and communication throughout the project was excellent.  Emmett knows old homes.  He was also great to work with!

Generally for home repairs and remodels, this construction company is the general contractor and one other person.  Weather permitting, they arrived regularly each morning from the beginning and worked through every day.  I outlined a general plan regarding an arbor.  Emmett came up with a design, a plan and a price, and we were in business.  Later, as the arbor went up, my vision expanded and I asked him to line the backside of the house in a stone half way.  Again, we came up with a design, a plan and a price, and as soon as the arbor was completed, he and Bill commenced to work on lining the backside of the house and side and back of the garage in a very attractive stone half wall.

I never had any doubts about the direction, pace or success of the two projects. I never found any reason to complain.   With his experience and competencies, Emmett is capable of handling anything from a handyman fix to a total home renovation. He is particularly knowledgeable and skilled, in my experience, on older homes as found in Curtis Park.
