When I first started using their service, they were great. However, they gotten very lazy. For instance: I have a hose rolled up on the ground that they do not pick it up to mow. Instead, they mow around it and let the grass grow through the center. Also, they don't come to mow my lawn on holidays and no effort is made to mow on a different day. However, I am still paying full price. My lawn goes unmowed for a couple weeks and looks terrible. They didn't even tell me that they weren't coming out. I had to call to find this out myself. Fortunately, they are nice and friendly during interactions.
